Doosan in talks with Chinese manufacturer
Korea-based Doosan Group announced today that it is exploring the possibility of a joint venture with the Chinese heavy equipment manufacturer Xuzhou Construction Machinery. If negotiations succeed the two will begin to produce 4 to 8 liter heavy engines starting in the first half of 2009.
