Morbark’s Eeger Beever 2131An all-new line of Eeger Beever brush chippers has been introduced by Morbark.
The Eeger Beever lineup includes nine models, ranging from 35 to 400 horsepower: the 812, 1215, 1415, 1418, 1621, 1821, 1922, 2131 and 2230.
Large infeed, throat openings and chipping drums are featured throughout the brush chipper line up, enabling users to handle wood more efficiently. The brush chippers have a staggered-knife drum design with an staggered-knife drum design for smooth cutting action and high chip quality, says Morbark.
A patented chambered air impeller system is designed to increase chip velocity and reduce dust and material blowback out the indeed, contributing to a cleaner operating environment.
Model 1415.The TorqMax feed system, which can generate from 2,000 to 10,000 pound-feet of material pulling force is available on all models except the 812 and 1415. The new infeed design allows change from a rigid tray to a folding tray, and is geared toward an average operating height of 5 foot 9 inches.
The design prevents the operator from being over center while feeding the machine. Consistent feed control is enabled by consistent perimeter placement of the feed control bar. Infeed visibility is enhanced by heavy duty low-profile LED tail lights.
A redesigned low-profile winch assembly allows the material to be brought to the chipper indeed table. Optional on models 1415 and larger, the 5,000-pound winch package includes a 10-foot chafe guard to protect operator’s hands and extend the life of the rope.
Model 1821With the exception of the 2230, the new models can be ordered with either a gas or diesel engine. The 3.0-liter gas engine on some units has a iQ-View Smart Controller, which presents engine and machine data, as well as controlling the chipper’s auto-feed function.
