OSHA gives tips on how to work safely in the summer heat

Most of America is simmering as the summer gets into full swing. With the rising temperature, comes an increased chance of heat illnesses for those working at mining operations and construction sites under the sun.

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is looking out for workers in the heat, releasing a new video with tips on how to beat the high temps and avoid being one of the dozens of workers that die each year due to heat-related causes.

The video puts an emphasis on drinking plenty of water and taking breaks to rest in the shade. Check it out below.
