Dozer powers through river as water laps over blade

While this dozer moves through a deep section of swift moving river at a consistent, steady pace, I imagine if we could peek inside the cab during this excursion the operator would appear a bit more wound up than his machine lets on.

The dozer enters the water at about the 1:20 mark of the video below (which, prepare yourself, is pretty shaky). Over the course of about two minutes, the machine takes some pretty deep water head on. In brief moments, only the cab is visible above the water, as small waves lap over the top of the blade.

As the machine makes its way from the depths of the current, the smokestacks illustrate the huge amount of effort needed to push through the river. With most of the machine free of the water, all of the exhaust starts to resemble a small forest fire.
