Doosan Infracore North American has named Ellens Equipment and Kleis Equipment to its dealer network. Ellens Equipment, located in McBain, Michigan, will cover northern Michigan and Kleis Equipment, located in Constantia, New York, will serve upstate New York.

Ellens Equipment serves the construction, agriculture, logging and governmental markets in the Northern Lower Michigan peninsula.

“We decided to carry the Doosan product line because of the significant growth of customers in the construction industry, as well as an increase in the demand for larger equipment on agricultural farms,” says Don Ellens, president.

Company founder June Ellens sold agricultural equipment when the company started in 1954. The company currently carries Bobcat, Mahindra, New England Agriculture and Skag Power Equipment lines, among others.

Kleis Equipment serves customers in Oswego, Cayuga, Oneida, Onondaga and Cortland counties in upstate New York.

John Kleis started Kleis Equipment in 2007 selling chainsaws, wood processors and splitters, and firewood. Barco, Morbark and Kioti are some of the additional brands the company distributes.
