- Updates to the Notification Center, accessible via JDLink, include email alerts when a machine diagnostic trouble code occurs or there’s an upcoming scheduled maintenance interval. Users can set up which alerts they want to receive.
- Improvements to JDLink Mobile, allowing users to quickly view information such as hours of operation, alerts and machine location, including directions to a machine.
- The addition of Machine Analyzer to JDLink gives users the ability to compare equipment utilization across their fleet, assessing which machines are idling and which are working. “This tool not only helps contractors determine optimal distribution of equipment across job sites, but it also provides valuable insight on whether equipment is appropriately sized for the job,” says the company.
