Rototilt S80MC quick couplerGerman tiltrotator manufacturer Rototilt has introduced a new series of quick couplers the company says eliminates the risk of tool drops while perfectly preserving excavation geometry.
The company says the new S40, S45, S50 and S80 quick couplers feature a long-lasting cast steel design with a locking wedge construction that eliminates play. The couplers’ few components are well protected.
“With our machine couplers, you get an optimal tiltrotator system with the machine coupler, tiltrotator, control systems and tools interacting with each other,” says Sven-Roger Ekström, product manager at Rototilt.
Each of the couplers feature Rototilt’s SecureLock function, which integrates with the same feature found in the company’s tiltrotators.
Rototilt says the couplers are “engineered to the properties of specific excavator models to preserve the excavation geometry.”
