GM launches marketing program for commercial dealers

General Motors Fleet and Commercial Operations has announced a new marketing program that uses enrolled dealers as a one-stop shop for business owners looking for services and products to meet their specific business vehicle needs. The new program, Business Central, will emphasize services exclusive to the business customer, such as salespeople who understand the needs of company owners and can translate those needs into the best vehicle configuration.

“With input from the National Commercial Dealer Council, we went to work to develop a new way of going to market on the business-to-business side,” said Jim McCallum, director of dealer operations. “We now have a program that identifies Chevrolet and GMC dealers as dedicated professionals ready to meet the unique needs of these customers.”
