Through the site’s new HDD Advisor feature, customers can build the right tooling configuration for their job and Ditch Witch or Vermeer direction drill string.
The new myDitchWitch customer portal gives access to parts lookup and the HDD Advisor and allows customers to set a dealer preference and manage their account.
Speaking of dealers, a My Dealer button on the site’s home page brings up dealer contact information and a link to a dedicated page for that dealer that houses special offers and new product information.
And if it’s literature you’re looking for, viewing, downloading and printing product literature and catalogs has been made much easier on the new site.
