That’s how Lou Marraffino—while working Philadelphia-based Urban Engineers’ reconstruction of Interstate 95—described his favorite sounds of the construction jobsite. Recently, UE spent some time asking its workers on various jobsites around Pennsylvania what their favorite sights, smells and sounds on are. The answers vary widely. Some are thoughtful and insightful while others are extremely honest about the harsh conditions on some sites. But they’re all worthwhile.
