Volvo CE fills gap in C-Series line with launch of MCT110C compact track loader

Volvo MCT110C compact track loader C-Series

With the launch of the MCT110C compact track loader, Volvo Construction Equipment fills the gap between their MCT85C and MCT125C units.

One of the four tracked models in the C-Series line, the MCT110C has a rated operating capacity of 2,250 pounds and features a Tier 4 Final 74-horsepower four-cylinder engine.

The machine’s advanced combustion system reduces emissions while improving fuel economy, and cooled exhaust gas recirculation, a common rail system and fixed-geometry turbocharger eliminate the need for a diesel particulate filter.

The machine has an auto-idle system that places the machine in idle after five seconds of inactivity, reduced fuel costs and lowering noise on the jobsite. The engine picks up rpms almost instantaneously once the operator begins using the controls, returning the machine to the pre-selected speed.

The single loader tower arm design offers easy, safe cab access through a large side cab door, eliminating the need for operators to climb onto and over attachments. A non-slip step further increases safety.

The large cabs have a sealed, pressurized work environment, and feature an ergonomic design with comfortable seat and armrests. The single tower loader arm design eliminates the horizontal crossbar found on vertical lift machines, improving visibility.

The loader has two consoles at the front of the cab that enable the operator to easily access machine data, and three levels of control sensitivity are selectable. An optional control pattern choice allows the operator to select between Volvo ISO and H patterns.

An optional reversible fan can be fitted to the machine to remove debris drawn into the radiator, automatically cleaning the compact track loader’s cooling system. A three-stage air cleaner reduces maintenance and provides longer service intervals.
