No More Teasing! Ford Unveils Its First-Ever Carhartt Super Duty Pickup

After teasing in April to its first-ever Super Duty Carhartt, Ford has unveiled its new 2027 pickup truck designed in collaboration with the popular outdoor and work clothing brand.

The 2027 Ford Super Duty Carhartt Package will be available for the four-wheel XLT Crew Cabs with specially designed exterior and interior styling, as well loads of additional practical features for contractors.

The Exterior

FordThe truck’s outside comes with Carhartt graphics on the doors and tailgate, a unique dark-painted grille and Carhartt-branded fender vents.

Ford says the graphics for the lower areas of the truck will also double as protection from the daily wear of traveling jobsites.

FordThe 20-inch painted and machined aluminum wheels are partly designed to resemble the manhole covers outside Carhartt’s flagship store in Detroit. They are matched with all-terrain tires.

Another practical design element comes for the bed. It features a spray-in liner with the Carhartt logo.

The truck’s Off-Road Running Boards get a textured finish. The package includes LED roof marker and clearance lamps, LED reflector lamps, LED fog lamps and an LED Center High-Mounted Stop Lamp.

Six paint colors are available: Marsh Gray, Iconic Silver Metallic, Agate Black Metallic, Carbonized Gray Metallic, Oxford White, and Neptune Blue, which is new for the 2027 model year.

On the Inside

Carhartt’s workwear was the inspiration for the interior, with its Duck canvas influencing the cloth seats’ triple stitching.

Embroidered Carhartt logos can be found on the front headrests and the pockets on the seat backs.

The all-weather floor mats get similar texture to Carhartt’s latest tool bags. The steering wheel is wrapped with accent stitching, and the trim panels and center console lid get special treatment.

“The result is an interior that feels distinct and durable,” Ford says. “The materials and details give the package its character while staying true to what Super Duty customers expect from their trucks.”

The package is available on XLT Crew Cab single-rear-wheel 4x4 pickups for about $4,200, with deliveries expected this fall, according to Rodeo Ford in Goodyear, Arizona. It can be paired with the Premium Package and FX4 Off-Road Package. 

Ford is also taking orders on its non-Carhartt 2027 Super Duty. New for the coming models: 

• More off-road packages will be available for more trims, with the Tremor an option for all.
• Luxury Platinum trim for the F-350, F-450 and F-550 Chassis Cabs.
