Ken Cook recently named Deidre (De) Murr as Director of Writing and Graphic Services. Murr, former manager of technical publications with Walt Disney Imagineering, will be developing strategy and directing technical services for the publication of service manuals, operator manuals, training programs and product support materials for Ken Cook clients.
Murr is a Fellow in the Society for Technical Communication and has 20 years experience in technical writing, project development and management of technical communications.
