Blueprints are big and hard to handle, but with Trimble’s new LM80 Layout Manager, you can carry around site plans and information in a handy, pocket-sized personal computer. The device can also be used for standard field calculations, jobsite management and calculating material use. Users can check or change layout points, reducing reliance on surveyors and saving time and money. The LM80 uses Windows CE technology, which supports a wide range of software programs including e-mail. You can also connect the LM80 to the Trimble TS305 and TS315 Construction Total Stations or Trimble LaserStation products.
