BETA MAX INTRODUCES THE MAX CLIMBER 2000 PMB RACK & PINION PERSONNEL HOIST FOR THE DEMOLITION INDUSTRY

Beta Max  Inc., a leading provider of affordable lifting solutions, introduces its Max Climber 2000PMB Rack and Pinion Hoist, ideal for demolition projects requiring an alternate solution when an internal building elevator is no longer operational.  Designed to accommodate confined spaces, the compact size of the Max Climber 2000PMB Rack & Pinion Hoist allows the hoist to transport workers and materials from floor to floor with the same functionality of an elevator.

The Max Climber 2000 PMB is designed in compliance with current safety regulations and is equipped with an emergency over-speed brake, as well as an enclosed passenger cabin that offers interlock switches to detect when it is safe to enter and exit. Additionally, the Max Climber 2000 PMB boasts a floor stop mechanism that allows the cabin to travel to any pre-set floor and stop automatically, making it the optimal choice in terms of safety, reliability, and convenience.

Standard features include an installation platform for installing and anchoring the mast, screw jacks for easy and fast leveling of the base unit, an adjustable open basket option for material transport, and a 110 volt service outlet provided on board.

Ideal for city demolition projects and tight internal spaces, the hoist can travel up to 400 feet and can accommodate a maximum payload of 2,000 pounds (or seven passengers). Standard cabin size is a generous but space-efficient 81 inches by 45 inches, allowing for optimum passenger comfort.  Each five foot galvanized mast section weighs just 110 pounds and is easily installed with four bolts.

An optional VFD Controller is available, allowing the system to operate on 230v/single phase and provides a soft start/stop option to the mechanism.

All Beta Max Hoist Systems meet or exceed ANSI and OSHA specifications.
