E-Finity Distributed Generation has named Jerry Todd as Senior Sales Engineer of its expanded sales and service operations center based in Clarksburg, West Virginia. Todd’s responsibilities will include extending the company’s product offerings and customer reach throughout the shale gas region as well as working with existing clients to enhance the reliability and expansion of their onsite natural gas power systems.

“Jerry’s addition to the E-Finity team provides another important step toward their ongoing expansion in the shale gas marketplace,” said Jim Crouse, Capstone’s executive vice president of sales and marketing. “His experience and in-depth industry knowledge will immediately benefit E-Finity, Capstone and every one of our customers.”

Todd has more than 20 years of experience within the energy industry, including various positions within Dominion. For more than 10 years, he served as project manager and engineer at Dominion Transmission in Clarksburg, West Virginia, where he was responsible for the multi-million dollar upgrades of numerous natural gas compressor stations and pipeline projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. During this time, Todd developed several projects utilizing Capstone microturbines, including the Crayne Compressor Station Upgrade, which the Environmental Protection Agency recognized with a 2011 Energy Star Award.
