Cimline, manufacturer of pavement maintenance products located in Plymouth, Minn., has acquired Equipt Manufacturing, a company based in Waconia, Minn., that specializes in building products for the sealcoating industry.
Equipt’s machines use a patented high-density polyethylene tank system, which eliminates rust, weld failure and cleaning issues associated with the steel tanks found on most other models.
