JLG Industries will hold a shareholders meeting on December 4 in New York to vote on the company’s proposed acquisition by Oshkosh. JLG’s board of directors released a statement unanimously recommending approval of the merger, which was agreed upon by the two companies in October.
If shareholders vote to approve the merger agreement, the acquisition should be complete by mid-January 2007.
