Looking for work that would help his family, Josh Burkholder started mowing lawns and then got into construction. From that 2005 start, he now runs a $14 million to $15 million construction company in Ewing, Illinois, that has 40 to 70 employees. Here Josh talks about what machine technology has done for his firm, what advice he’d give to contractors just starting out and the legacy he wants to leave for his employees and family.
