To celebrate the 10th anniversary of its side-by-side line, Honda is giving its flagship model, the Pioneer 1000, a complete overhaul.
Two all-new Deluxe trim level machines will be available, as well as Honda’s first side-by-side with a fully enclosed, factory-installed cabin and HVAC system, dubbed the Pioneer 1000 Elite.
All three Pioneer 1000 versions arrive at dealers in mid- to late 2026. The new UTVs feature multiple drive modes, cruise control, comfort enhancements and expanded jobsite and trail capability.
Design modifications on the new units reduce cockpit heat and noise, while the introduction of throttle-by-wire technology enhances overall drivability and enables advanced features such as cruise control and a variable speed limiter.
For the new model year, Honda gave the three-seat Pioneer 1000 Deluxe and five-seat Pioneer 1000-5 Deluxe updates to styling, usability and driving refinement, highlighted by the throttle-by-wire technology.
A new Pro-Connect-compatible cargo bed enhances flexibility for carrying tools, materials and accessories, while reduced noise and heat improve comfort during periods of extended use.

Available now, Honda offers the Pioneer Deluxe models in Hero Red, Black Forest Green and TrueTimber Atera Camo.
MSRP is as follows:
Pioneer 1000 Deluxe: $20,999
Pioneer 1000 Deluxe TrueTimber Atera Camo: $21,799
Pioneer 1000-5 Deluxe: $22,399

The all-new Pioneer 1000 Elite's fully enclosed, factory-installed cabin delivers “a new level of year-round comfort” for riders with enhanced protection from the elements and climate control, the company says.
The premium model touts comprehensive cabin sealing, HVAC system and quieter driving. Honda says its engineers also prioritized overall vehicle balance and ride quality, with chassis and suspension developed specifically to accommodate the enclosed-cabin configuration.
