Peterbilt intros all-wheel drive Model 567

Peterbilt has announced it will begin production on an all-wheel drive Model 567 in April.

Robert Woodall, Peterbilt Assistant General Manager of Sales and Marketing, says the new all-wheel drive 567 “will help customers go off-road in tough conditions with ample traction, power and maneuverability they can rely on.”

The AWD 567 is available for order now in a set-back front axle configuration and includes the Marmon-Herrington MT-22H front drive axle, rated at 22,000 pounds, and the Dana Spicer DS4636 drive axle rated at 46,000 pounds.

The truck can be ordered with a range of auxiliary components, including transfer cases. The drive axle can also be be used in place of the transfer case.
