Stellar Industries acquires K-PAC

Stellar Industries has announced the company will acquire Krause Corporation’s K-PAC, a solid waste handling equipment division.

Stellar, worldwide producer of hook hoist, truck cranes and service truck accessories will obtain the entire product offering under the K-PAC name adding tarpers, hooklifts, cable roll-offs, container handlers and compaction products to their product line.
