Detroit Diesel is now marketing Power Cool Off Highway Coolants designed specifically for the needs of off-highway equipment. The coolant’s inorganic salt inhibitors prevent inhibitor dropout, scale deposits and gel problems associated with heavy-duty diesel engines and is compatible with the metals and seals in off-highway cooling systems. When mixed 50/50 with water the new coolant meets the requirements of the TMC RP-329 Type A specification.
