Fairbanks Scales, Inc.
Gold Lot, booth 1320
State-of-the-art industrial scales will be featured, including the Talon HVX Series Portable Vehicle Scale, which is constructed with multiple 10- and 12-inch structural steel I-beams for a rigid and durable portable weighbridge. Also on display: FB2550 Driver Assist Terminal, which is designed to speed the vehicle weighing process and also reduces associated operating costs; and the 1605T Series Remote Display, which has an integrated traffic light designed to save time, space and money by combining traffic control and display functions in a single device with the option of a wireless configuration.
Central Hall, booth 30412
Two new off-road tires will spotlight Yokohama’s latest technology in OTR radial tread tire design. The tires, the RL45 and RL51, have new treads that offer durability and longevity. The RL45 E-4 is designed for articulated dump trucks and scrapers, while the L-4 version is for front-end loaders, and is available in size 26.5R25. Advanced tread composition provides improved wear, low heat generation and cut resistance, while a zig-zag shaped groove provides traction on rock and gravel. The RL51, available in size 23.5R25 for front-end loaders and graders, has a high-tech tread compound that delivers wear and cut resistance, a non-directional block pattern that offers traction and stability, and a high turn-up carcass construction that protects against exterior damage with greater lateral stiffness. An advanced belt package avoids swaying under load.
North Hall, booth 10016
Komatsu America will showcase 24 models, including the company’s line of intelligent Machine Control (iMC) dozers. The iMC dozers seamlessly transition from rough dozing to finish grading to allow operators of any experience level to operate the machines. A robust integrated sensor package eliminates the need to install and remove GNSS antennae and cables daily. Other machines on display include excavators, wheel loaders and trucks.
Gold Lot, booth 2101
Tadano America will unveil the company’s largest rough terrain crane, the 160-ton-capacity GR-1600XL-2, which has a newly designed six-section formed boom. The 200.1-foot boom has a working radius of 185-feet that uses a single telescopic cylinder. A two-stage, bi-fold lattice hydraulic tilt-type jib extends the reach to 256.9 feet with a 220-foot max working radius. The three-axle carrier has self-removable counterweight and outriggers, ensuring easy transport, and the asymmetrical multi-position outrigger system improves the ability to set up in confined lifting spaces. An ergonomically designed cab-tilt system improves operator visibility and safety for high reach operations. HELLO-NET telematics system monitors crane activity, and Eco-mode and positive control systems reduce fuel consumption.
Platinum Lot, booth 8202
Bergkamp will feature their M1E self-propelled full size continuous slurry seal and micro surfacing paver, which includes innovative technologies. The EMCAD System electronically controls production and sends feedback to the operator. The system monitors and adjusts material ratios automatically according to the set points of the ingredients, production control setting and instant feedback from the delivery system to provide consistent mix for maximum productivity. The M1E reduces the number of costly construction joints by receiving a constant supply of material while the machine is operating, mitigating sub-optimal work caused by inconsistent operation. The Variable Width Spreader Box allows hydraulically controlled width adjustment on the go.
