Honnen Equipment has broken ground in Cheyenne, Wyoming, on a 13,000-square-foot facility, which is slated to open this fall.
The branch will be located on a 5-acre site and house rental, sales, parts and shop facilities, including pull-through service bays and an indoor wash bay.
Honnen represents John Deere construction and compact equipment, Hitachi excavators, Wirtgen road building equipment and Manitowoc lifting equipment.
“Cheyenne has a strong, diverse economy, a skilled and educated labor force and overall is a great place to live and work,” says Mark Honnen, president.
“We have operated in the Rocky Mountain region for more than 50 years so adding this new location further demonstrates our commitment to the construction industry, especially to our customers and our employees in the Cheyenne market.”
