Sigma JCB, a division of Sigma Equipment based in Miami, has been added to JCB‘s North American network. The company will sell, rent and service the JCB’s utility and earthmoving equipment, including backhoes, compact excavators, skid steers, compact track loaders, telehandlers, wheel loaders and large excavators.

Sigma JCB will operate from Sigma Equipment’s 12-acre site that includes an 8,000-square-foot office facility and a 2,500-square-foot  warehouse. Facilities include a 20-bay service shop.

Sigma Equipment is part of an international group founded in 1986, says the company. Sigma Equipment itself began in 2010, specializing in heavy equipment, work trucks and lifting equipment. The parent group, which created the “Sigma Method” to better understand customer needs, focuses on power generation, electric motors, Diesel engines, electric conductors and water pumping and treatment systems.
