Terex Advance and Terex Services have announced an agreement that marks the start of establishing a cross-country service and parts network for mixer trucks.
Under the new agreement, Terex Services facilities across the U.S. will soon provide on-site support and parts for Terex Advance Mixer trucks.
The first facilities that will offer Advance mixer truck support are those located in Whitehouse, Tennessee, and Charlotte, North Carolina.
The companies say they plan to expand this type of on-site mixer truck support to Terex Services facilities across the country in the coming year.
“As our products continue to become more technologically advanced and sophisticated our customers require increasing product and geographic support—both through field service and traditional ‘brick and mortar’ outlets.,” says Mark Aubry, director of customer engagement at Terex Advance. “All service technicians will be factory trained to work on Terex Advance Mixer trucks and each location will have access to common replacement service parts in order to facilitate faster uptimes for customer vehicles. Terex has listened and is delivering an integrated solution to our customers.”
