Foley Equipment, headquartered in Wichita, Kansas, has named Charlotte Kerner as its new chief financial officer.
Kerner will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning and analysis, accounting and financial reporting, as well as managing tax and internal audit functions.
“Charlotte brings tremendous skill to Foley as a respected leader with financial vision and strategy,” says CEO Ann Konecny. “In addition to more than 25 years of financial experience, she holds a passion for customer service and a drive to achieve mission-advancing financial performance.”
Kerner most recently served as CFO for 12 years at Beauty Brands, where she oversaw accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, M&A, risk management, payroll and benefits as well as loss prevention and information technology.
“Foley Equipment is an established family-owned business with a long history of success,” Kerner says. “I am thrilled to join such an outstanding team and help ensure the continued success of this company.”
Kerner succeeds Lewis Erickson, who is retiring from his post as chief financial officer after nearly 25 years with Foley Equipment, a family-owned business that opened a new, $19 million headquarters in Wichita last year. Erickson will assist in the transition of duties, the company says..
“Over the past 25 years, Lewis has been instrumental in our success,” Konecny says. “We are indebted to him and sincerely thank him for his leadership and contributions over his distinguished career.”
