Tom Rosztoczy, president and CEO of John Deere dealership Stotz Equipment, has been elected the new chairman of the Equipment Dealers Association board for a two-year term.

He has served on the board since 2015, including as treasurer and on the Audit and Finance Committee.

Rosztoczy graduated from Stanford University with a B.S. in industrial engineering. He has served as president of the FarWest Equipment Dealers Association and has served on John Deere’s National Dealer Advisory Group for Large Ag Dealers and John Deere’s National Dealer Advisory Council for Turf Dealers. He was named Farm Equipment Magazine’s Dealer of the Year in 2013.

“Tom has been a leader throughout his tenure on EDA’s board,” says Brian Carpenter, outgoing chairman. “I have complete confidence that he has nothing but the best of intentions for the association and that he will work tirelessly to ensure we are providing value to our members.”

As the outgoing chairman, Carpenter will remain on the board for a term of at least one year.
