Pangborn’s Genesis blast wheel allows for easy assembly and maintenance through the front-of-housing access to runnerheads, which enables full assembly in less than an hour. It makes setting the pattern length a one-step job and features dual-tapered vanes to eliminate “shot locking.”
The blast wheel features tight tolerances that result in less wear by using cast linings made with Pangborn’s proprietary P-41 metallurgy. Simplified maintenance, faster cleaning cycles and high longevity of parts give rapid ROI. New safety features include lids with pin-locked safety hinges, U-shaped feed spout safety locks and rapid release vanes.
