You could win an engine-driven welding/generator if you enter Miller Electric’s “Tough Inside!” contest before Sept. 15. The company will give a Bobcat 250 NT or a Trailblazer 301G to two winners.
Miller has also launched a virtual interactive program where prospective customers can take a tour of the 10,000-watt generators. The program includes up-close photos and explanations behind the machines’ power, maintenance, safety and construction.
“Our interactive tool takes off the hood and shows you how Miller compares to other engine drives,” said Terri Barry, marketing specialist for Miller.
The Bobcat and Trailblazer include a solid stator barrel that completely encloses and protects the generator, copper jumper bars and silver-plated contacts for better conductivity. Recessed studs help prevent accidental shorts. The Bobcat 250 NT is priced at $3,487 and the Trailblazer costs $4,177.
