BD’s Turbo Thruster kit for the 2003-2007 6.0L Power Stroke features extended tip technology, double-port adjustable waste gate and shrouded housing – this kit delivers quick response and supports airflow requirements to reduce exhaust temperatures all the way up to 450 rear-wheel horsepower, yet maintains driveability on the street.
The turbocharger incorporates BD’s award winning turbine diverter valve that can utilize just one or both throats in the turbine housing to maintain turbo wheel speed and high boost level under load to overcome pressure drop associated with the EGR, plus, allow for quicker spool ups.
