The California Air Resources Board will conduct a public hearing to consider adopting amendments to its In-Use Off-Road Diesel-Fueled Fleet regulation on January 22 at 9 a.m. at the Byron Sher Auditorium in Sacramento, California (see further details below).
The ARB staff will also provide an update on the status of the regulation’s implementation, including a technology report regarding diesel emission control strategies that have been verified by ARB.
