Charles Machine Works of Perry, Oklahoma, manufacturer of underground construction equipment, has signed a joint venture agreement with Tu Xing Sun No-Dig Tech (TXS) of Beijing, China. TXS is a manufacturer and distributor of horizontal directional drilling systems in China and surrounding regions.
Charles Machine Works believes that this joint venture will leverage the experience of the TXS management team, their research and development efforts, sales, marketing and manufacturing.
