Cemen Tech names president

Cemen Tech has named Tom Palme president. Palme began working for the company in August 1994 as a sales manager and became executive vice president in 1998. An employee-owned company, Cemen Tech manufactures mobile concrete dispensers and environmental sludge treatment machines.
