Bore welding system restores worn pins and bushings

Nobody likes to operate a machine with buckets or arms that rattle and lurch due to worn pins and bushings. Accuracy and productivity suffer and these machines are often unsafe. The BOA-308i portable bore welder can quickly and easily repair these hinged components without requiring you to take the machine in for repairs and an extended period of downtime. The BOA-308i attaches to your shop or mobile wire-feed welders. When ordered with an integrated portable boring bar system, the unit builds up the worn metal and then rebores the hole to factory spec. It works on bore sizes from 1.25 inches to 24 inches. A patented dis-engageable clutch permits easy set up and allows the system to run single plane face welding torches and to perform single-pass fillet welds.
