Norwest Equity Partners announced Oct. 15 the company has acquired 100 percent of the stock of Attachment Technologies, also known as ATI, and the Pengo Corporation. NEP plans to retain ATI management and expand manufacturing, but will rename the company ATI Attachment Technology. NEP plans to pursue acquiring other companies that will help ATI expand the types of attachments it offers.
