Remote-control demo machine goes diesel

Brokk’s new 330 demolition machine uses the same remote control technology as the company’s electric units, but comes with a four-cylinder, water-cooled diesel engine as its power source. The Brokk 330 weighs 9,000 pounds and carries a 1,250-foot hydraulic hammer. With its small footprint (59 inches wide, 60 inches tall, 154 inches long) and cable-less remote controls, the unit works safely in confined spaces or hazardous locations where operators would be at risk.
