Buses with a population of 100,000 or less saw the greatest increase in ridership, with a 3.9-percent increase in passenger trips since the first quarter of 2013 and a 1.8-percent rise since the second quarter of 2012.
Buses experienced a total gain of 0.5 percent in passenger trips in the last quarter and a loss of 0.8 percent in the last year.
