Penn-Jersey Machinery, the Volvo Construction Equipment dealer for New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania, has agreed to assume the sales and marketing of Binder Machinery’s former road machinery products effective August 1. Binder Machinery is an Ingersoll Rand dealer headquartered in South Plainfield, New Jersey.
Currently, Penn-Jersey operates six sales, marketing and service branches in New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania.
Volvo CE purchased Ingersoll Rand’s road equipment division in April. The acquired line includes products for asphalt and soil compaction, Blaw-Knox paving, milling and road maintenance equipment as well as material handling machines.
