Atlas Copco touts Krupp percussion technology

Atlas Copco‘s MB 700 hydraulic breaker attachment has a service weight of 1,650 pounds and is designed for light demolition work, foundation removal and secondary rock breaking and trenching. The MB 700 can be used on excavators in the 10- to 18-metric-ton-weight class to deliver high single-blow energy and efficient impact frequency with a hydraulic flow of up to 32 gallons per minute at 2,465 pounds per square inch of pressure with a maximum of 800 blows per minute. The breaker features Krupp percussion technology and has only two moving parts with no high-pressure accumulator for high reliability and easy maintenance.
