NDA launches Demolition Career Connection

Job seekers may post resumes, view available jobs and create personal alerts with the Demolition Career Connection, a new service provided by the National Demolition Association. An addition to the “Our Industry” section of the NDA website, the Demolition Career Connection also enables employers the ability to view all posted resumes, search for specific skills, background, and experience and post available jobs on the site. The site allows potential employees and employers in the demolition industry throughout the United States to connect.

“While there are sites out there that list jobs of every description, there is none until now that specifically targets those professionals in the demolition industry,” said Michael R. Taylor, CAE, Executive Director of the NDA.

However, the Demolition Career Connection does not restrict itself to the demolition industry. A demolition employee who wants to work in a different industry can post a resume for employers in other industries to view. The Demolition Career Connection allows users to expose job information to other sites, expanding the potential job market further than demolition alone.

“Our service enables them to look beyond the confines of the demolition industry,” said Elva Clements, spokesperson for the NDA.

Powered by JobTarget, the Demolition Career Connection offers employers pricing and product options such as a choice of 30- and 60-day postings, along with secondary exposure for the job posting on all sites within the Job Board Network. The site is free for job seekers.

“The Demolition Career Connection helps make connections for those looking for demolition professionals,” Clements said.
