LaHood to make a major transit funding announcement today

Secretary of Transportation Ray LaHood plans to make a major transit funding announcement this morning.

LaHood will be joined by Virginia Gov. Tim Kaine, Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority Chairman H.R. Crawford, and other state and local officials.

As soon as we get details about the announcement, we’ll post information about it.
