The Toyota subsidiary Hino Motors is going to introduce a new generation of hybrid medium-duty trucks next year that will more than double the fuel efficiency of it’s current hybrids and offer 2.5 times better fuel efficiency than it’s non-hybrid models. The trucks will be sold in the U.S., Australia and Japan. All this without ever asking for a bailout!
