The Associated Builders and Contractors has named Geoffrey Burr as vice president of its Government Affairs division. Burr, a former ABC staff member, most recently served as deputy assistant secretary in the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Congressional and Intergovernmental Affairs. Burr will be responsible for the political, legislative and regulatory departments of the Government Affairs division.
