Case launches new customer assistance call center

Case has formed a customer assistance call center to handle customer inquiries on Case products. The toll free number, 1-866-54CASE6, will be manned from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.

Serving as an extension for the local Case dealer resources, Case dealers are available to consult on all product, financing and service needs.

“We’re delivering a totally new level of support for our customers with the call center,” says Chris Fabbri, Case director of service excellence. “These staff members are ready to answer product and service questions, they can also help customers locate the right resources within Case or its dealer network.”
