SnowEx is now offering the new 7500 bulk spreader, a polyethylene-constructed V-box-type spreader. The spreader is designed to be economic in cost, and to provide the advantages of a lighter than steel, corrosion-resistant polyethylene construction.
For use in pickup trucks with a 6-foot bed minimum, the 7500 bulk spreader features a 1.4 cubic-yard capacity hopper featuring a thick-walled construction. The unit is up to 40 percent lighter than steel-built hoppers with similar capacities. The 7500 features the same patented multi-angle hopper and inverted-“V” salt and sand baffle design found in the SnowEx line of V-box spreaders. With the attached vibrator, the 7500 provides for continuous flow of a material combinations.
