Thurston Manufacturing has released its new generation of Circle R Side Dump trailers used in high-duty, heavy-hauling jobs. The units now have a drop bottom or a “round vee” tub design, which allows them to haul more volume per foot of tub length.
The company has added a third pivot to the center of the body, decreasing stress in the tub corners by reducing overall tub deflection. Other improvements include synchronized pivot latches, a single-side G-rail that concentrates additional strength at the dump rail and rubber edge-flex fenders.
