The Surety Information Office has produced an interactive CD for contractors explaining the basics of bonding.
The free CD contains narrated PowerPoint presentations giving contractors information on the value and benefits of contract surety bonds and telling them how to obtain surety credit.
“The ability to obtain surety bonds determines a contractor’s ability to bid certain jobs, particularly public works projects,” said Marla McIntyre, executive director of SIO. “This CD is a valuable reference tool for any contractor.”
