The Terex AL4000 Heavy-Duty Light Tower features metal halide lamps powered by a brushless 60-hertz, 6-kilowatt generator and a 10.5-horsepower Kubota 30-gallon diesel engine. The 30-foot extended-height floodlight tower illuminates 7 1/2 acres and rotates 360 degrees for aiming from the ground and towers light fixtures can be securely mounted on the mast for travel. Light fixtures plug into a weatherproof receptacle box and a retractable power cord automatically recoils into a protective sleeve, preventing damage when raising, lowering and moving the tower.
